Requirements

  • 015+ years of growth marketing at a PLG or B2B SaaS company
  • 02Strong analytical toolkit — SQL, funnel analysis, cohort math
  • 03Hands-on with paid acquisition and lifecycle at meaningful scale
  • 04Bias to ship experiments weekly, not quarterly

Responsibilities

  • ·Own the self-serve funnel end-to-end
  • ·Run a portfolio of experiments across activation, retention, and paid
  • ·Partner with product to close the loop from marketing to product
